I am currently looking for an intelligent, driven individual from a Claimant background in and around Uxbridge. You will be acting as solicitor liaison manager overseeing claims outsourced to external panel solicitors amongst other duties. What does the job involve?
Monitor panel firm performance against KPIs and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Analyse MI and provide detailed management reports on panel firm performance against targets.
To effectively negotiate settlement of credit hire, storage and recovery invoices pre-litigation in house.
Confident negotiation with third parties in order to achieve successful settlement results
Application of the ABI GTA, relevant case law and credit hire principles in order to settle cases
Apply a structured approach to managing your own caseload
Pro-actively make outbound calls to insurers to discuss cases and agree settlement terms
Comprehensively review and appraise cases prior to escalating to your line manager
Liaise with other parties such as solicitors, insurers and repairers regarding ongoing cases Key attributes were looking for?
Credit hire litigation experience preferably from a Claimant background
Excellent telephone manner
Good organisational skills, strong ability to prioritise and high attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Has a working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook and case management systems
Numeracy skills to be able to understand and effectively settle our credit hire invoices
Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues
Have a 'can do' attitude and an ability to think 'outside the box'Permanent, full-time position
£22,000 to £26,000 per annum
