Customer Insight Analyst

The scope of the role will be to:
·Support in developing the analytical framework to combine customer and visitor behavioural data into actionable and strategic journeys (inclusive of marketing channel, device, product and store).
·Analysis key site areas to identify and interpret trends, delivering innovative insight and actionable outputs to support trading.
·Develop an advanced comprehensive and flexible reporting / dashboard development function across all ecommerce, digital customer and visitor segments.
·Contribute to the wider department forecasting and planning outputs
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate previous background working in an Insights role with the following experience:
·The ability to translate data into actionable insights.
·Experience of actively using enterprise Business Intelligence tools
·Experience of applying statistical methodologies to analyses
·Knowledge of SQL
·Excellent communication skills
