Our client based in Surbiton is looking for a Service Desk professional to join their growing team. You will be primarily responsible for customer service and take full ownership of the entire customer service caseload. Each team member is fully trained to provide a professional, specialist after-sales and support service to an array of globally dispersed businesses. In this way, we ensure our clients consistently receive the best possible attention to all transactional enquiries and specific requests.

The focus of the job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, with the express intention of providing excellent service to clients and will suit an individual who is able to work independently and diligently in a team environment and collaborate across functions.

Key Accountabilities

Accepts all inbound telephone traffic and intercepts client enquiries

Action and resolve client queries on time and effectively

Tasks internal team members in Operations or Technical divisions to provide resolution to client queries for more complex enquiries

Follows up to ensure resolution of queries

Ensures client is fully satisfied following field visit or interaction with another team member

Processes repeat transaction – quotes and sales orders

Monitors and transacts service contract renewals

Generates proposals

Build and maintain client relationships

Candidate Requirements:

+1-year IT industry in a similar role

Customer interaction skills via telecoms and internal stakeholders

Experience of on-line submissions via portals preferable

In possession of permit to work in UK if not a UK citizen

MS office proficiency

Experience of CRM (Sage X3 Dynamics)
