Key duties of a Senior Technical Support Engineer will include-
·Deliver end to end technical and change activity that supports the long term implementation of new infrastructure, technology, software and solution upgrades within the company.
·The role can vary to doing anything from technical information and documentation to advising, guiding 1st and 2nd line support engineers.
·Having an input in technical problem solving to writing reports and presenting to the change advisory boards
To be a successful Senior Technical Support Engineer-
·You must have excellent technical knowledge, skills and proven experience delivering complex technical change activity
·Experience within Microsoft windows server (2008, 2012,2016), Microsoft Servers (Exchange, SQL, SCCM,WSUS), Desktop/Mobile Environments (Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop; Thin Clients), Virtualisation technologies (Vmware, Nutanix)
·Previous experience in the Public Sector would be desirable
