Salary is £19750 and there is a generous bonus structure with the OTE of 28k, The bonus structure is uncapped.
The working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am- 5pm with the option to work and extra few hours through the week to get away around lunch time on a Friday.
Booking virgin boiler demonstration appointments - By Outbound calling.
Making sure that the TPMs diary is full for the following week to increase sales.
Account management - develop and maintain a closer relationship with ASP's through regular planned telephone contact and by offering a variety of sales and service support to drive sales growth of active spending accounts.
Receiving inbound calls and delivering a first class customer service experience to support our ASP's, protect and grow boiler sales.
Make outbound calls to homeowners and, where appropriate, requesting that a homeowner leaves a Trust Pilot review of their experience.
Identify potential improvement in operational processes and suggest change.
MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent telephone manner required
Experienced in outbound calling
Proven sales experience
Being able to book in quality appointment for the TPM
Relationship building including the ability to understand and action customer requirements and manage objections, providing appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and ethical behaviour.
Initiative and willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
Reliable, responsible and dependable in fulfilling all obligations and job requirements.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic with ability to work in a fast paced environment.
