Our client has developed an award -winning mobility solution used by more than (phone number removed) drivers in over 700 European cities and processes 130 million transactions ever year. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join their team.

Working as part of a small dynamic sales team, you will be responsible to build relationships, grow, develop and win back an existing customer base of low spending and lapsed customer regionally and nationally.

We are looking for a target driven individual, who is positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organised. Due to the expansion and focus on the corporate sales team, there is career development potential for the right person. You should be approachable, a great communicator and a team player.

As an Account Manager your duties will include:

* To proactively grow the existing Corporate user base.

* Build relationships and create opportunities for user growth within current customer base.

* Contact decreasing, dormant or closed accounts to re-activate usage and stimulate growth.

* Create and execute an account contact plan.

* Meet with customers face to face to secure incremental business.

* On-board customers post sale, managing the information flow through to a conclusion.

* Build an opportunity pipeline from a combination of telephone and face to face visits.

* Provide system training and support to customers where required.

* Identify potential client sales opportunities and manage the pipeline via Salesforce.

* Assist with inbound customer service enquiries from your customer base.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate concepts in a straightforward non-technical way.

* Self-motivated – have a good work ethic, personal drive, and enthusiasm.

* Good mental agility and the ability to communicate to different levels of seniority.

* Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

* IT literate.
