The position is to assist with managing the organisations compliance with latest regulatory requirements and quality control procedures.
-Previous experience within some form of Quality function/role/department (i.e. Quality administrator, Quality inspector, Quality Technician, Quality Controller QA, QC etc)
-Understanding or exposure to product returns
-Familiarity with database/ERP/corporate systems
-Ability to interpret and display data in graphs and table (using Microsoft Excel and being able to construct a graph to show data).
The Role In Detail:
-Assisting the Regulatory Affairs Manager with compliance, monitoring and report generation.
-Liaising with various company departments to complete Regulatory Affairs requirements, distribute latest information and coordinate complaints
-Providing Internal and external audit support.
-Data entry, tracking of database information, population of spreadsheets etc.
-Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write comprehensive reports.
-Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team and to build relationships, with self-motivation, enthusiasm and a high level of attention to details.
-Possess a willingness to learn new skills and attend courses as necessary, including Quality and Regulatory based courses.
-Ability to remain calm under pressure, to resolve difficult situations effectively and ensure that processes are carried out correctly
