Working with key stakeholders the Business Analyst will analyse the organisations needs and help to define, document and manage requirements from Proposition through to Delivery. They will work on a variety of high profile projects, responsible for defining and completing the analysis efforts. From time to time they will help to organize and guide other more junior analysts to deliver against fast moving and stretching project goals.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services.
Experience of working on changes within a Savings environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work alongside technical teams to translate business requirements.
Experience of working with Agile methodologies.
Confident in working independently, as well as a team, within a constantly changing environment, with the ability to adapt and change accordingly.
