1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst (predominate Mac environment) required by an International SaaS Company to be based in their Head Office in London (Soho) on an initial 6 month contract offering up to £125 per day.

The IT Support Analyst will provide 1st and 2nd line support to approximately 50 local end users and assist with remote support globally. The role requires high end customer service and a large swiss army know of IT skills.

Ideal Experience

Active Directory / Group Policy

DNS and DHCP

Windows Server 2008/2012

Mac and PC imaging solutions (JAMF Pro/Casper, Deploy Studio, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit)

Administering and using Google Apps

Maintaining computer and peripheral inventory

Ticketing systems such as Zendesk, SalesForce or similar

Experience supporting Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence

Experience with Single Sign on systems such as Okta

Experience dealing with vendors

Knowledge of VoIP and Video Conferencing Standards (Zoom Room)
