Our client specialises in providing Design and Manufacture of Be-Spoke electronic solutions to improve customer products and reliability and save customer’s money.

As the company continues its planned period of expansion an exciting new position is to be created within the expanding Sales and Marketing Department.

Circad Design are looking for the right candidate to help manage exiting development customer accounts, new customer accounts, Document and relay information to the development team and production team.

The right candidate will be able to help increase sales to new prospects driven by sales KPI's.

Main Duties (Not limited to):

Supporting Our customers with day to day enquiries and feeding this back to the team

Supporting the management team in the development of new sales to support the projected growth.

Keeping customer accounts up to date, Informed and on time.

Following up with development enquiries with current and existing customers.

Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with existing and prospective customers.

Pro-actively seek new business through telesales from databases of potential leads supplied.

Effectively deal with telephone/email enquiries requesting quotations for supply of existing products and new products.

Ensure all quotation requests for development work, which require additional input, are completed in a timely fashion and supplied to the prospect.

Follow up all quotations supplied and provide feedback to the Management Team.

Ensure all orders received are entered on the company ERP system and validate the sale price against cost price to ensure minimum profit levels.

Liaise with the Production Manager to agree delivery dates and raise the necessary production Works Orders.

Liaise between Production/Development and the customer to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries.

Ensure all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion.

Liaise on a daily basis with your colleagues and keep them updated on any developments in your work, ensuring a good team relationship.

Provide Management with weekly/monthly sales reports.

Working towards an external sales roll where some site visits will be required.

Manage the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Google+ & LinkedIN).

Manage the company’s Google Adwords campaign, monitoring and adjusting various campaigns based on results.

Publish Monthly newsletters to customers and prospects.

Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPI’s set by the Management Team.

Project sales growth and submit detailed reports on sales targets and project specifications.

Have the ability to think creatively, a team player who is visually and design literate.

Manage workloads and requirements from our customers and team.

Be able to help with new project development, write up detail documentations of jobs for quotations.

Engineering back ground would be beneficial

Electronics back ground would be beneficial
