Part time Credit Controller (Temporary FTC)

Sue Ross Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller to work as part of a small team at their client’s premises in Tinsley. This is a fixed term contract covering a period of maternity and will be for period of 9-12 months. The role is for 14 hours per week over 2 or 3 days. Key duties will include:
• Working closely with senior management to retrieve payments and reduce debtor days
• Resolving queries and issuing credit notes where required
• Conducting credit checks for new clients
• Providing weekly reports to management on outstanding debts
• Liaising with other staff in the business as necessary
• Building relationships with customers
To be considered for the role you will have a strong background in credit control with excellent negotiation skills. You should ideally have experience of dealing with all sizes of business and enjoy building good working relationships with customers. You should be able to demonstrate evidence of improving cash collection and working with customers to resolve issues. Good IT skills including Excel and a strong team player, you will be organised and able to work self-sufficiently. You must have an excellent telephone manner coupled with the ability to communicate articulately via email correspondence. This is a lovely role working for a really great firm.
