Job Description

This is a role to support a busy function and provides the opportunity to work across an exciting manufacturing facility based towards Worcester. You will be responsible for building new equipment, configuration of laptops and desktops as well as implementing new systems and supporting a wide variety of IT activities.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications required (Bullet point below)

* A sound and thorough understanding of patching servers and networks including firewall monitoring

* Strong communication skills to deal with 1st and 2nd line support
