As a Retail Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the sales operation at our new store in Bristol, contributing to the achievement of overall sales objectives.

You will have a critical senior leadership position within Store and Group and you're required to generate impressive sales results through the leadership and management of a controlled sales process through your team of Retail Managers.

Key challenges will be to lead, coach and develop a team of colleagues to achieve the strategic objectives of the store and exceed the planned profitability of the site.

You will be responsible for the growth and development of the sales department within the store and will be challenged to exceed targets, achieve high customer satisfaction levels and deliver a good solid profit performance.

You'll be an inspirational and motivational leader with the vision and capability to deliver a world class colleague and customer experience.

Someone who is ambitious in both delivering in role and aspiring to next role with a proven track record within a fast paced and targeted automotive sales environment.

A highly effective coach and mentor with a wealth of experience in leading a large team of high performers.
