The Facilities Manager must have experience in the management of hard services. The Facilities Manager will be tasked with the performance management of contractor support, contract budgeting, ensuring health and safety policies are adhered to, setting and monitoring facilities policies as well as material procurement. The successful Facilities Manager must have a strong knowledge of the Hard FM services industry.
Facilities Manager Position Overview
The Facilities Manager will be required to deliver the general facilities services management to a site based in the Gloucester area. You will manage all of the services across a manufacturing site in Gloucester.
Facilities Manager Position Requirements
* Have previously worked in a Facilities Manager position
* Based locally to the Gloucester area.
* Member of IWFM preferred
Facilities Manager Position Remuneration
* Salary £45,000 - £47,000
* Company Car / Allowance
* 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays
* Full Package to be discussed at interview
