P/T Temporary Accounts Assistant

The role will be for 16 hours: 9.00am – 3.00pm x 2 days and 9.00am – 1.00pm over 1 day. The role will be for appox. 2 months and will start asap. You must have previous experience of using Sage Line 50.
* Processing purchase ledger invoices onto Sage Line 50
* Mainining MS Excel spreadsheets
* Nominal ledger reconciliation
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Any other related duties
