We are looking for a Contact Centre Advisor to join a Leading Internet Company based in Worcester.

TITLE: Contact Centre Advisor, Call Centre, Support

SKILLS: Strong I.T Skills, Flexible, Customer Care or Support, Sales Experience

BENEFITS: £18,000, 23 Days Holiday + 1 day per year, rising to a max of 5 days

LOCATION: Worcester commutable from: Birmingham, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Redditch and Hereford.

We require a Contact Centre Advisor to work within a leading company, joining a customer support and service team. The role provides top level support, and would include cross-selling products to customers, further improving their experience through better products.

Therefor this role will require a flexible and driven individual, willing to work within three varied teams that provide a top level of technical support, customer care, and sales. This role would also benefit from a technological background, focused on computing and Internet knowledge, with a passion to keep up to date in relevant information tailored to their sector as you will be providing answers and guidance to technical questions.
