Salary Up to 33k + Bonus + Car
About the Role
As the Customer Development Manager, you will be responsible for the retention and development of our existing territory client base, across the SME and core customer segmentations. You will be operating across multi sites within the region and report directly into the Customer Development Team Manager.
What you'll be doing
-Supporting the on-boarding of new key clients, resolve commercial and financial issues and escalations
-Plan, negotiate and deliver annual rate reviews whilst ensuring additional income opportunities through share of wallet are explored
-Manage and lead professional monthly and quarterly business reviews
-Strong negotiation skills
-Be comfortable presenting to a varied audience
-Experience in exceeding customer retention and growth targets
-Experience in growing a portfolio of customers profitably
-Ability to interpret management information, including P&L's and use the data to take effective actions
-Any experience in logistics is advantageous but definitely not a necessity
