About the role:
Fundamentally, as Senior Account Manager your main KPI's are based around the happiness and satisfaction of both the suppliers and partners to the business.
Operating a very hands on approach, you will be responsible for the following:
Meet and further exceed agreed KPI's for customer satisfaction and engagement
Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Leverage off existing relationships to ensure leading offers from partners
Use highly developed negotiation skills to deliver improved margins
Proactively review performance of accounts, identifying opportunities to introduce new products and accelerate performanceAbout you:
A proven Account Manager with a track record in nurturing accounts to develop new commercial opportunities
A minimum of 3 years experience
A pragmatic and highly analytical approach
A persuasive negotiator who is able to develop strong relationships
Knowledge of Salesforce is preferable
Account Management experience within Theatre/Lifestlyle would be preferableTo find out more, aplly today
