Our client, a global provider of management technology software are hiring for a CM Mobile Project Support position on a 3 month temporary placement in Sutton Coldfield.

Job Purpose

Reporting to Support Managers, the successful candidate will provide a high standard of customer service to on-board existing customers to the new CM mobile product.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

* Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained via email and the telephone

* Contact customers and provide them with information regarding the new mobile app

* Gather the requirements for each customer and document accordingly in an organised manner

* Assist customers with the transition from the current application to the newer version

* Liaise with other departments within the business and also third party providers

Skills and Experience

* Ability to trouble shoot and have an innovative approach to problem solving

* A passion for providing a high standard of service to customers, effectively building rapport and trust

* Can work in a fast paced environment and potentially deal with difficult customers in a calm and professional manner

* Able to multi task and manage a high workload whilst adhering to customer service level agreements

* Excellent attention to detail

* Be a flexible team player and the ability to be dynamic

* Use own initiative within a team that is not micro managed

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being able to explain technical issues in a clear and concise way to clients

* Effective time management, planning and organisational skills

This role is 40 hours a week, 9am – 17:30pm Mon – Fri (flexibility around start and finish times can be discussed)
