This Leeds based professional services business have been recognised to their services to the industry over recent years and business performance has been increased incrementally through their organic growth.
The Service Desk Analyst will provide face to face support for internal employee's for their IT requirements. Support will be provided throughout the organisation for every member of staff including directors and c-suite. Providing an escalation point for the 1st line team it is a broad role covering all things infrastructure.
strong experience with Windows 8 and 10
experience in 1st and 2nd line support
knowledge of mobile and communication technologies
have experience in a mentoring or lead capacity.
Citrix Xen app experience will be beneficial
ITIL certifiedPlease note that this role will work to shift pattern 8am-4pm
