As the Finance Assistant your duties will include but will not be limited to:
*Settle suppliers' invoices received in line with the approved policies and procedures
*Assist in the management of sundry debts
*Monitor payments and chase non payments
*Ensure payments are made to suppliers within agreed terms
*Investigate and resolve queries
*Ensure spreadsheets are up-to-date
*Raise a high volume of invoices per month
*Ensure correct coding on system
*Ad-hoc duties to support the Finance Team
The ideal candidate will have:
*Prior experience working in a Finance function
*Confident user of computer programmes
*Excellent communication, both written and verbal
*Great team player
