About London Concrete
We’re the largest supplier of ready-mixed concrete in London, supplying to many exciting and iconic projects in the London area. We offer a network of 12 state-of-the-art production units that incorporate the latest advancements in plant and materials technology to ensure the highest standard in concrete quality.

About the role
Working with the Commercial Director, you will develop a strategy to manage an allocated sales area in the Greater London area. This strategy will achieve sales targets and overall business goals through the establishment, maintenance and improvement of business relationships and market knowledge. Other elements to the role include:
Producing an accurate ongoing forecast and pipeline, achieving margin and volumes sales targets and being able to monitor, understand and manage the market share performance in line with agreed expectations (this includes understanding monthly management accounts)
Developing an in depth knowledge of product range and capabilities.
Maintaining an understanding of competitive activity relevant to the area.
Working with and influencing the activities of customers as appropriate.
Being proactive in promotion of the full product range (cross promotion) of Aggregate Industries
Communicating effectively with credit control, ensuring credit limits for customers are at a sufficient level to meet their needs while minimise the risk to London Concrete.
Ensuring all monies due are collected within the agreed terms and conditions of the account and all queries are resolved to prevent any retention of payments.
