Internal Sales Representative - Sales

My client is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated sales executive to sell our lighting products to different sectors to ensure continued business growth and success. Proven sales background and previous experience of working to sales targets is essential for this role.

About the Client:

A UK Manufacturer of commercial LED lighting solutions.

About the Role:

You will be expected to carry out direct sales activities, so as to maintain, develop and maximise the sales of Lighting products using their existing customer database. Identify potential customers and promote Lighting products in order to further maximise sales by obtaining new customers and orders.

Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information

Use sales skills to maximise opportunities for additional sales through new and existing clients. Build customer relationships to increase account penetration and retain members.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers through planned individual account support

Work in conjunction with the external Sales Managers to promote Lighting products to ensure maximum sales and profitability

Dealing with inbound enquiries, stock checking, quoting, order deliveries, various admin duties to include order inputting on internal database system

Processing of orders and quotes in a timely manner

Maintain and develop product knowledge in order to maximise sales

About the Candidate:

You will be self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. You will be a natural forward planner who critically assesses your own performance. You will be mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with people at different levels and will maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

You will have a proven background in Sales and will demonstrate a good understanding of the principles of working to targets.

Points of Appeal:

Hours of work, Monday to Friday 08.30 - 5.00pm.

25 days holiday plus public holidays
