Business Development Executive - Telesales

One of the biggest manufacturers within the industrial door industry are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their expanding Birmingham office. Offering a basic salary of £20K + commission with an OTE of £24K. Working hours are 8:30-17:30 Monday-Friday with an hour for lunch.
To be considered for this Business Development Executive role you must have:
Experience within Industrial products and/or service
Experience within a fast paced business development role
Cold calling experience
Ability to communicate service offer delivering confidence to the client securing business
Ability to develop relationship with clients ensuring they become the immediate go to for any reactive emergency call out, repairs, service for any Industrial door requirement
Tenacious approach to constant call rejection, maintaining high call rate guaranteeing achievement of daily sales targets, securing new business and appointments daily
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
Call prospective clients, introducing the company's service offering
Work proactively to keep a busy sales pipeline
Liaise with the Regional Business Development manager, ensuring profit is maximised within the territory
Gather leads for new business
Update CRM system, keeping an active pipeline of sales
Make appointments for sales staff with prospective clients
