My client, a global leader in their industry are looking to recruit an interim Accounts Administrator, specialising in expenses to join their team initially until the end of 2019, however this will be reviewed and has the potential to extend or become permanent.

Due to the wide reach of this organisation the ideal candidate can be based in the Grimsby or York office.

Day to day duties will include:

Processing of VAT and expenses - personal expense claims, travel, staff entertaining, company costs

Understanding of what is VATable and how to treat staff entertaining

Extracting data from spreadsheets

Reconciliations

High volume of administrative tasks

Ordering new Barclaycards / communicating with employees and Barclaycard

The ideal candidate will have a superb eye for detail

Have a superb eye for detail

Ideally AAT qualified but this is not essential, but experience will be required

IMA or part qualified

General accounting and production systems

Excel skills ares essential

SAP would be desired
