Why Choose Recruitment?
In short, perhaps the biggest motivator for recruiters (both graduates and otherwise) is the incentive of big, uncapped earning. Your basic salary, commission and bonuses will grow year on year, in line with your own personal development. Our top earners are averaging over 100K in their third year and with the right attitude, work ethic and skill set, you could join them.
However, there is more to life than just money. The role of recruiter offers you more. It can help you hone your existing communication and interpersonal skills and teach you new ones, such as qualifying candidates whilst you speak to them, to find out if they really are right for the role. This element of detective work might be something you already pride yourself on, or something you could see yourself doing with the right training. Recruitment offers you the opportunity to explore this with a huge variety of skills as techniques; some other examples being close reading, maintaining relationships and implementing creative writing skills when posting job adverts.
With all the training you will need being provided to you in-house and in a hands-on manner, you can prove yourself to be the absolute best recruiter you can be, whilst earning the money to reflect it. As well as this, there is constant access to progress within the industry and you will always feel able to reach the next promotion and ensure your own self-development.
This attention to training and our prioritisation of personality over experience means we don't expect you to have any previous recruitment background.
Why Choose Genesis?

In addition, we offer uncapped commission and the option to create your very own niche market within one of our primary fields. This means unlimited flexibility, autonomy and the chance to manage your own team when the time is right for you.
