A fantastic opportunity to work a leading FS business in the North West. We are recruiting for an FP&A Analyst to join our clients group assets & liability management function.
The FP&A Analyst will support and help shape the continuing development of the Group function, develop Financial Risk Models (excel) and support the annual planning process, working collaboratively with FP&A and Treasury.

Advanced Excel skills - essential
Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA
Excellent communicator, written and verbal, able to relay complex issues or improve understanding of key issues
Strong analytical skills
Strong influencing skills, including building relationships to drive solutions to problems
Commercially astute and pragmatic
Value based decision maker
Eye for detail
Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise competing requirements and implement plans to deliver against them.
Support the management of capital, liquidity, interest rate, hedging and other balance sheet risks via reporting against appetite and modelling forward-looking impacts and solutions
Work collaboratively with other functions to manage the balance sheet
Support and contribute to corporate planning process
Develop risk measures, scenario analysis and stress testing and mitigating actions, to ensure all material risks are identified, quantified, managed and reported
Produce and present timely and insightful reporting on the Group's balance sheet risks and provide mitigations and potential actions to address such risks.
Development and management of Financial Risk models (excel)
Deliver insightful analysis of actual and projected capital, liquidity and funding resources and constraints, to the business
Support the annual planning process, working collaboratively with FP&A and Treasury
Support the potential implementation and maintenance of an ALM system
Add a prudential lens on capital and liquidity as part of ALM best practice.
