We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of sales activity for the company, reporting to and working closely with the Directors to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and develop clients with strategic focus on building the business for; Revenue, Margin, Agencies & Contractors paid per week.

* Visit current and prospective clients to maintain and develop relationships.

* Produce and manage a pipeline of any new and potential business. This will involve what the next steps are and what the probability is of registering the agency and their contract workers. This will be required on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and sometimes at short notice for the directors to present to shareholders.

* Contributing to ideas and plans that will benefit ePayMe and the growth of the business.

* Responsible for performance of business development.

* Input to the sales and marketing strategy to maintain and drive growth.

* Increasing market share in existing markets and identify new business opportunities.

* Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.

* Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.

* Be performance focused and to really drive sales forward.

* Understand the products and services and be able to identify ways to improve it for our particular market place.

* Analyse market trends and behaviour to uncover new business and sales opportunity.

Skills and achievements:

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & knowledge of ACT is preferred but not essential.

* Flawless verbal and communication skills.

* New Business sales and Account Management experience.

* Proven track record of being in a busy, pressured & target driven environment.

* Polite and consultative manner.

* Great time management & organisational skills.

* A ‘can do’ attitude.

* A natural entrepreneur who is always thinking about business opportunities
