To meet the growing needs of our business and to ensure our continued success we are seeking to appoint an Accounts Assistant.
Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, duties will include:
Take ownership of the Baltimore Aged Debt process to include chasing POs, outstanding debt, issuing remittances and legal process.
Posting of invoices on Sage and HSBC
Sage and HSBC.Net reconciliations.
Maintenance of the Baltimore Bank Account ensuring accurate records are maintained. Associated reporting relating to ID line capacity and banking position.
Liaison with HSBC account management team and Stone & Co.
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
Assist with the management of daily and weekly cashflows.
Take responsibility for the calculation of Baltimore billings and commission payments.
Ensure Baltimore suppliers are paid correctly, addressing any invoicing discrepancies.
Assisting the operations team in the event of sickness, absence or critical business need.
Manage upwards to the Head of Finance and the Sales & Operations Director.
Ensure company standards are communicated and adhered to

The successful applicant must have previous relevant experience and be able to demonstrate attention for detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to their work.
