Sales Office Administrator

This role includes:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and early finish on a Friday at 1pm
Supporting colleagues and completing all Administration duties
Using the internal system to log all customers purchase orders, checking for client order changes and payments
Complete weeky and monthly reports to support the sales department
Purchase materials needed for customers orders and monitor the deliveries
Chase outstanding/late payments
Must have a can do attitude, personable, eager to learn and great with customers
Fast paced environment- Prioritising workload is necessary to a high standard
Excellent telephone manner required to be able to liaise with clients (especially late payment clients)
£17,000 per annum
