Our consultancy client are looking for a number of service desk analysts to join their 24*365 service desk team that provides support to a number of clients across the public and private sector. You will be providing 1st line support via the phones, email and tickets submitted via a web portal and the aim to resolve 75%+ of all incidents at first line. This position will involve working on a shift basis to support the client 24*365.

Working in a similar role currently you will have experience of ITIL incident management and request fulfilment and preferably be ITIL certified. They use Remedy so experience with this or other ITSM tools is required and you must hold current SC clearance or be prepared and eligible to go through the process
