The successful applicant shall be joining a busy, consistently performing office, we are able to provide some key clients and you will generate commission from day one.
The ideal applicant will need to be able to work at an enjoyable pace within a lively fun office environment and most importantly have a desire to achieve a high annual income.

THE ROLE AS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
*Identify new prospects through a variety of methods to successfully sell the benefits of our services.
*Attend sales meetings to build working relationships with the clients.
*Maximise business opportunities with existing clients i.e. across all departments and skill categories and cross sell for other branches where possible.
*Maintain regular contact with key accounts and ensure continued custom on an ongoing basis, review the standards and contents of service provided to clients and effect continuous improvement.
*Source vacancies through regular canvassing of existing clients, new prospects, newspaper advertisements, personal contacts, etc.in accordance with the KPI's set by your line manager.
*Clearly understand the clients' requirements and propose/supply only those candidates that meet those requirements.
*Prepare C.V's and candidate profiles.
