The company:

Our client is an international manufacturing company

Main Purposes of role:

To provide excellent customer service to their European clients

The main duties include:

- To represent the company and be first point of contact for German Speaking Clients

- To develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients

- To handle customer enquiries phone or email in timely manner and keep the database up to date

- To be responsible for customer’s enquiries and orders

- To ensure that all complaints or queries are dealt with professionally & in a timely manner

- To manage administrative tasks, taking orders & solving any delivery issues or payments

- To report feedback and to implement improvement plans

- To create quotes, progress and track orders to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained

- To develop business relationship with new and existing clients

- To help the Sales Team by giving administrative support

The Candidate:

- Fluent in English and German (Written & Spoken)

- Previous commercial experience within Customer service

- Previous Sales Coordination or Account Management experience

- Technical knowledge or previous technical experience will be an asset

- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

- Business acumen

- Well organised with a structured approach to work

Salary: £25,000 pa + Benefits
