Customer Sales Order Administrator & Customer Services Job - Redditch, Large Manufacturing company

Client Details

My client is a very large, well established manufacturer who have two urgent vacancies for Customer Order Administrators based in Redditch.

Description

Administrate the back-office and lead contact for your allocated customers, taking calls, emails, fax etc.

Answers queries directly or forward to the appropriate internal department always ensuring accurate and on-time responses.

Creating and maintaining stock control documents

Maintaining and updating production schedules

Address unresolved requests and issues to the designated resource.

Coordinating and follow-up of claims (Quality, operations issues, etc.) initiating of returns and credits.

Communication and coordination with customers, internal departments.

Guarantee high class service.

Hosting customer meetings, on and off site

Attend production meetings

Maintain order books in line with customer expectations and schedules

Updating and escalating potential issues

Ensure smooth delivery of products

Adhoc duties

Profile

Skills:

Highly skilled in administration / Very organised

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Background in customer service / sales administration

Ready to take accountability for her/his customers.

Must be an approachable, open-minded, service-oriented person, initiative, proactive, ability to multitask.

Must be able to manage complex tasks.

Must be able to work independently, can pull information.

Must be able to set priorities.

Must be able to cope with problem-situations.

Knowledge of MS-Office products

Excellent attention to detail.

Excel

Good Level of IT skills (able to accurately update customer portals)Due to the nature of this role you must have a full UK driving licence (Pool car provided for visits).

This is a very busy, varied role and would suit someone who is highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise and who enjoys a high variety of tasks within their role.

Job Offer

Salary £22,000 - £24,000 (possibly more for exceptional applicants)

Pension

Package

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm

Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
