Outbound Sales Advisor

Working hours are Tuesday-Friday between 9am-7pm, Saturdays 9am-1.30pm and every Sunday & Monday off. Candidates who can be flexible with their hours are ideal.
The successful candidate will be joining a reputable and growing organisation who are market experts in their field.
As an Outbound Advisor, you will:
Deliver first class service within a fast-paced environment handing Outbound calls, up to 100 per day on average
Contact existing customers to renew policies.
Promote and sell insurance products to customers on both inbound and outbound calls
Promote and sell ancillary products to customer ensuring it is suitable for their needs
Perform mid-term adjustments at customer request via both inbound and outbound phone calls
Demonstrate technical and soft skills through achieving set quality measures
To be a Successful Outbound Advisor you will:
Have proven experience within a sales environment
Have a passion for soft sales and the ability to close deals
Ideally comes from a call centre background and has experience on the telephone (although not essential)
Be an extremely target driven and motivated individual
Be able to retain information on company products and polices
Have a passion for delivering results and the best customer experience you can
Proven experience within a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
GCSE level C or above in English is essential (or equivalent)
Base Salary between £16000 and £19000 dependant on experience
Uncapped bonus structure (Ability to realistically earn between £400-£600 extra per month)
