Do you have experience working in B2B telesales? If so, we have a great opportunity. Working only on warm leads (all existing clients coming up for renewal) your role will be to upsell, cross sell and retain existing business.

This is exclusively an outbound sales team with great opportunities to grow within the company and great earning potential to be had.

The ideal candidate will have worked in B2B sales ideally within a retentions or new business telesales team and is overachieving target. If this sounds like you but you are not receiving the financial rewards or recognition within your business get in touch today.

Expectations

To be successful you will need to be:

* Confident in B2B telesales

* Experienced in achieving monthly sales targets

* Used to working in a fast-paced environment 80+ calls a day

Rewards

* Basic Salary - £18,000 to £20,000

* On Target Earnings - £50,000

* Weekly/Monthly incentives – This can vary from meals out to early finishes and many more

Required Key skills

Resilient

In sales you need to have a think skin especially in a telesales position, sales is a rewarding career, however there will be difficult days where no one wants to buy.

Target driven

As a salesperson you will need to be target driven, the key part of your role is hitting your daily/weekly/monthly target. If you can’t achieve this you wont last long in sales.

Self-motivated

As stated above in sales you can have difficult day and you will need to be able to self-motivate to keep going when you are having a tough day.

Organised

Organisation is very important in sales, arranging call backs and setting your diary can sometime be the difference in hitting or missing your monthly target.

Overcoming objections

We have all had people call us trying to sell and often we just want to get them off the phone, even though you will only be dealing with existing customers a large part of your role will be overcoming objections by demonstrating the value of your product to the client.
