Junior Sales Account Manager - £22,000 - £25,000 + OTE + Bens - Fleet

Seeking a driven, ambitious and motivated individual to join their organisation this company is now looking to expand their company and team. Playing a key part in their expansion you will take on the responsibility of creating new business opportunities and venture into the south east and London to build brand awareness.

The roles and responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager:

Managed 15 key established accounts and prospect clients with confidence through attentive communication methods including regular calls and account planning whilst upselling and cross-selling the company portfolio

Onboard new clients into the organisation through strategic targeting in order to encourage an increase in revenue

Create and deliver monthly reports, including AV and RMM stats and visit client sites to deliver quarterly reviews.

Oversee the client's IT product journey with the assistance of the technical staff

Monitor client's activity to identify their needs and use the opportunity to expand on business on hardware and software services

Keep track and understand potential changes and plans and inform them of contract renewals to encourage solution upselling

The key skills of the Junior Account Manager:

2 years account management / IT sales experience

A full clean driver license with access of your own transport

Proven record of consistently meeting/ Exceeding KPI's and targets

Products knowledge around IT. Specifically network, communications and IT support products

Infectious, energetic and inspirational characteristics

A professional entrepreneurial approach to work

The ability to prioritise workloads with good time management

a drive to exceed set goals and a keen eye for detail

With a strong customer focus you will utilise a combination of both communication and negotiation skills to bring recognition to the company and the level of service they offer. Commitment and self-motivation are amongst the few things needed to achieve your full potential.
