You will be covering the Southern half of the UK selling Light Steel Frame solutions for Hotels, the Leisure and Entertainment sector, Education, Student Accommodation, Residential Blocks to include Affordable Housing, Offices and Health. You will conduct CPD presentations and sell to Main Contractors, Developers, Student Accommodation providers, Housing Associations, Councils & Boroughs and on occasion Structural Engineers.
After extensive training and support you will have total responsibility for generating the regions turnover backed by a team of estimators and designers from their manufacturing facility within the UK.
Your sales experience will probably lie within the Offsite Construction / MMC sector but will not necessarily have been gained within LSF. You may have sold panelised or volumetric solutions, modular, SIP or possibly Timber Frame based builds. Intelligent and able to absorb and understand the technical information that they will train into you. Excited to join a market leading business which in turn is owned by a multi-billion turnover business who operate worldwide.
Basic to £50,000 dependent on experience
Bonus is paid up to 30% of basic salary
