Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager you will have the opportunity to gain a detailed understanding of complete electro-medical systems whilst orgainsing the R&D Team. The Project Manager will form part of a very dynamic and vibrant, yet friendly environment, overseeing the development of our digitally enabled products.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop the overall project plan and conduct risk assessments at both the project and product levels.
Create and maintain all relevant project/product documentation (including Design History Files and Device Master Records) in line with company SOP's and national/international standards and regulations.
Monitor sub-contractors keeping track of quality standards and deliverables are maintained, raising any issues with the R&D Manager.
Control designs through a gated development process and associated decision making.
Coordinate activities and resources required to deliver the project to agreed timelines, budget and quality targets.
Evaluate the success of the project against its KPI's and proactively share lessons or suggestions for improvement.
Relevant degree in a STEM subject or a proven track record in Project Management.
Minimum 3 years proven industry experience in project management within the Medical Device/Pharmaceutical Industry.
Working knowledge and practical experience with the quality and regulatory guidelines as they apply to Medical Devices.
Experience leading multiple projects with common resources /resource balancing
Strong organisational, analytical and communications skills. Able to understand the internal customer needs and form them into a clear and concise summary for management teams or stakeholders.
The ability to use standard project management tools, e.g. MS Project.
Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
