We are delighted to be recruiting for a Junior Account Manager to support our clients customers and continued growth. Working for a dynamic and growing software company, who supply a range of services to clients working within their sector.

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join their happy and supportive team, this busy and fulfilling role involves managing customers throughout the enquiry, conversion and on-boarding process. You will also be on hand to support customers in learning or using the software system. This is a new position, reporting to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

* Undertake account management work

* Build relationships with customers, manage any issues, and upsell or cross-sell additional services

* Regularly review accounts to ensure all customers fully engage with the system

* Provide any required ongoing training & product support for customers

* Undertake business development work

* Generate your own leads from our CRM, calling prospective clients to raise interest

* Offer & undertake online demos of our software and services to prospect

* Take payment, on-board and setup new customers on the system

* Train new customers at their offices and provide remote support

* Participate in regular sales meetings to review performance

* Work on personal development, attend training and develop knowledge & skills

* Attend occasional industry conferences and events

About You:

* Educated to University Degree Level

* Warm, friendly and outgoing, a natural people person

* Highly proficient with software, computers and technology

* Hard-working & motivate

* Focussed and well-organised

* Able to remain calm under pressure

* Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines

* Cultivate trust and loyalty with your customers

* Excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills with a clear speaking voice

* Someone who is committed to building a long-term career

* Preferably some experience of the ECO or energy efficiency industries

The Package:

Salary: £24,000-£26,000 (OTE £40,000)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
