A new stand alone role within a vibrant marketing communications agency supporting a web based product . You will be responsible for supporting existing clients and advising of new products range and gaining annual subscriptions .
* Nurturing relationships and identifying sales opportunities
* Building and managing a client portfolio
* Update and maintain information accurately utilising customer intelligence for managing productive activity
* Ensuring all memberships are up to date
* Completing and submitting quotations
* Following up on quotations and responding to all incoming web enquiries
* Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends
* Proven B2B Sales/ Account Management experience with the ability to get buy in
* Able to work to set targets
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Knowledge of the hospitality sector advantageous
* A creative thinker, able to manage time efficiently
* IT literate and excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms

£25K + OTE
