Central Law Training is the leading provider of post-qualification training to the legal profession and a trusted partner for solicitors firms, corporates and local authorities. We deliver face to face training nationwide, including on-site as well as an e-learning portfolio of webinars and interactive online courses.
Main Purpose of Role
The purpose of this role is to maximise revenues by upselling and renewing training packages to our member base, building and maintaining client relationships and increase new revenue pipelines by referring sales opportunities.
You will be responsible for the package revenue stream, excellent organisation skills will be required to ensure all clients are contacted in a timely manner, to assist with utilising their training package across all our product lines.
This is an office based role using telesales as your main point of contact with our clients, from time to time travel to our London office may be expected as well as occasional client visits to key accounts.
We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Negotiation Skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ability to multitask or work on more than one project
- Proven track record of sales revenue and of working in a telesales environment
- Understanding of the sales process, ability to find key decision makers
- Understanding of the legal profession
