We are excited to be recruiting for a Key Account Manager position for our International client based in London. They have built a brand and strategy that has seen them grow exponentially, making them a leader within their market.

They have a reputation for being a great employer, with excellent reviews on glass door and other platforms. They encourage autonomy and creativity, within a collaborative and agile environment. There is a strong track record of internal promotions with training and development to support this.

Progression does not have to be linear either, they support a breadth of experience and support team members that might want to move laterally around departments.

About you:

We are looking for a successful and strategically minded Key Account Manager that is looking to work within an innovative and niche brand within the company. You will have experience managing high value accounts with the ability to actively canvass and convert new business opportunities.

You will possess excellent communication skills coupled with the confidence to pitch, negotiate and sell at a senior level to large organisations who have complex requirements.

About the role:

This role is a 50/50 split between new business and account management. In the role you will inherit a portfolio of high value accounts which you will be required to strategically uplift as well as actively seeking & converting new business. You will be targeted on both aspects of the role.

Key skills/requirements:

* Must be a confident communicator and have experience of selling at a senior level within large organisations

* Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets consistently

* Experience in ‘solution selling’

* Must possess a ‘strategic’ mindset and apply this both to everyday activities and client negotiation and selling.

* Must have experience of winning and managing large value accounts

* Natural ability to develop strong, trusted business relationships

* Must possess a ‘can-do’ attitude with the resilience to handle rejection and keep going when deals don’t go as planned
