Your next role…

As a Customer Relations Team Leader, your role will be to challenge and motivate your team towards exceeding performance targets whilst also ensuring that our customers receive exceptional standards of help and support required. You will be promoting and delivering high levels of customer service and providing a fair outcome with every conversation.

You will be escalating complaints through the correct channels to resolve customer issues to high levels of satisfaction. You will be ensuring that all processes are compliant with company guidelines.

Please note that for internal purposes, this role is titled as Affordability Assistance & Debt Team Leader.
