Our client is an accounting firm looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to come on board and cover 1st-2nd line support. This client is looking for an experience IT Service Desk Analyst to come on board and work within their Bristol location. You will need to be prepared to travel to all 9 offices and this may result in overnight stays.
There will be requirements for out of office working this could be, overtime, weekend working and on rota for the weekend covering 8am - 5pm.
Skills / Environment
IT Service Desk Experience
Document / Content Management Systems Experience - (iManage, Filesite etc) - is a must have
1st Line / 2nd Line
Professional Services experience would be advantageous
Salary: £30k - £35k
