Overview of the Role

The candidate will be the Senior Distribution Manager / COO for the PSF/MiFID entity. They will oversee distribution and marketing activities, and oversee the branches of the PSF/MiFID entity.

Key responsibilities will include:

Company governance
• Manage the Company day to day together with other Senior Managers, take active part in the governance of the Company
• Review and be part of the product governance oversight
• Be responsible for all distribution and marketing activities undertaken by the Company and its branches
• Report to Group for all sales and marketing activities

Branch oversight
• Coordinate and supervise the sales and marketing activities performed within the branches
• Regularly visit the network of the Company's branches

Distribution oversight
• Review and approve contract with distributor, and support the due diligence and onboarding of the latter
• Participate in distribution pipeline meetings
• Support the handling of client queries and act as client contact point
• Monitor the product governance duties of the distributors towards the PSF
• Oversee KYC / AML, onboarding of new clients

Marketing oversight
• Ensure all marketing activities are undertaken in line with legal agreements, product rules, local regulation and operating licenses
• Review fund's and services marketing material
• Report to the AIFM on the distribution activities of its funds on a regular basis and due diligence work made on the distributors

COO for the PSF / MiFID entity
• Coordinate the process around new products coming to market
• Review and support MIFID II reporting requirements
• Coordinate activities with Legal, Compliance and Risk

Technical Skills & Qualifications Required

• Significant experience in financial services of which the majority will have been spent in a distribution function
• Strong relationship building attributes based around mutual respect and the strength of character to be able to present issues assertively but constructively
• The ability to act under their own initiative and be able to influence a variety of stakeholders, including senior management, in order to achieve their objectives
• Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills
• A strong problem solving/analytical mind-set
• Advanced English and German language skills
• French language skills an advantage
