Amazon is expanding its Retail business and is looking for a smart and ambitious Manager EU Vendor Success Program (VSP) to support and manage our existing vendor base, maximizing its potential. The VSP team works to help Vendors be successful on Amazon, removing blockers to deliver the best possible customer experience. Operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, you will have full responsibility for achieving business objectives and be the voice of the vendor; identifying potential issues and working across multiple stakeholders in order to improve processes. We expect that you can work autonomously, think both strategically and tactically, and take full control/responsibility for achieving your goals.
As VSP Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Owning a large EU product category with full PnL responsibility
  • Owning Pan EU area/campaign identifying opportunities for Vendors to grow their business, engaging with teams to setup up the right process and owning the business performance of it
  • Analyzing and diving deep on vendor performance, identifying improvements and presenting insights/recommendations
  • Engaging with Retail teams across locales to share learnings, shape direction and deliver improvements on joint complicated problems

  • University degree required
  • Fluent English skills
  • Passionate about online business, e-commerce and sales
  • Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and business challenges by analyzing and modelling data
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects that delivered measurable results within a large organization
  • Experience in stock and inventory management or operational issues
  • Experience in consulting, retail and/or a technology / eCommerce business
A passion for online retailing and sales, as well as the enthusiasm to quickly build up your knowledge of a new area are essential!
