ManagerIn Global HR Systems (m/f/d)
Location: München

  • Responsible for the development, continuous adjustment and execution of global HR IT strategy (esp. SuccessFactors HR Suite implementation, e.g. Employee Central; payroll strategy) in cooperation with global HR process owners, country and business HR partners and IT

  • Definition of global HR IT service management standards

  • Team lead for GHR (Global HR - System) / SuccessFactors Service Management team within Global Shared Service organization (Management of contracts and SLA's, control and support of internal data suppliers, definition of global employee data, coordination and control of local data suppliers)

  • Guidance, counselling, active contribution (e.g. as project lead) in strategic IT-related projects (e.g. HR related M&A, Divesture, SF Suite implementation)

  • Connector between HR Process Owners and relevant IT organization - steering, guidance and follow-up of Service Review Meeting process as well as Release Management process

  • Definition and coordination of maintenance/enhancement of global HR system landscape and globally harmonized employee and manager data management

  • Initiation, definition, support and tracking of IT Demands

  • Top level trouble shooting in case of system related escalations as well as handling the escalations between HR Process Owners and relevant IT organization

  • Successfully completed study in Information Technology, Business Informatics or similar qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in HR IT systems and process management (ITIL) as well as in HR IT projects

  • Experience in global, multi-country HR IT projects as well as in working together with international internal and external service providers

  • Project lead and team lead experience, especially with remote teams

  • Well-founded SAP HR (OM and PA) and SuccessFactors (Performance Management, Recruiting, Learning, Employee Central) knowledge as well as experience with other HR SaaS (e.g. Taleo) and system providers (e.g. PeopleSoft)

  • Deep knowledge in HR processes (e.g. payroll) and HR portfolio

  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills as well as capacity for teamwork

  • Ability to network and to translate between HR and IT and vice versa

  • Fluent in English and German
