  • Drive LOVOO's programmatic advertising business with programmatic optimization and the development of adtech vendor relationships
  • Cooperate with our US team to exchange knowledge, run tests and analyze inventory performance
  • Evaluate new ad formats as well as research new business opportunities
  • Evaluate ad networks on monetization potential and integration constraints
  • Co-determine the LOVOO advertisement roadmap
  • Monitor and optimize ad revenue, eCPM, impressions and fill rates
  • Identify necessary metrics and analyze the effectiveness of current projects
  • Be the point of contact between business development and the product team
  • Visit domestic and international fairs and conferences to stay up to date with technical and market developments

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics or a comparable subject
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a programmatic role
  • Deep understanding of digital sales channels, ad technology and advertising business models
  • Experience in using ad tech and marketing tech platforms such as File Management, Bid Management, DMPs, and CMPs
  • Firsthand experience in researching, prospecting, pitching and managing a pipeline of adtech opportunities and closing deals
  • An analytical technology maven with good communication skills
  • Strategic and sophisticated negotiation skills with a proven ability to build long-lasting business relationships
  • Ability to self-motivate, thrive and succeed in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent in English, both verbal and written
