Specialist Corporate Talent Management

Your responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company's success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as

  • Design and implement Corporate Talent Management tools and measures with a strong innovation mindset
  • Work alongside the business continously adjusting our Talent Management processes to support BSH strategy and to meet people needs
  • Consolidate talent management strategy: link succession planning, filling of vacancies and talent management tools
  • Work with HR data and analytics to enable sufficient talent planning
  • Collaborate with regional and local HR to ensure an efficient group-wide conduction of all Corporate Talent Management processes

Your profile
  • University degree required, Master prefered (or adequate)
  • Yearlong proven HR experience and solid HR understanding with focus on personnel development
  • Process improvement and systems thinking: using continuous improvement methodology as a business practice and sound judgement in complex situations
  • Initiative to work independently and within a dynamic team environment; self-directed and flexible working on both conceptual and administrative tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English); strong presentation skills; intercultural sensitivity
